4 cheese slices
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato
4 bacon strips
2 tbsp butter

Method
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add butter.
- Fry the bacon rashers until crisp and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into the same frying pan and cook them to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the burger buns in the frying pan.
- Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, a fried egg and a bacon rasher. Cover with the other half of the bun.
