2 cucumbers
200 g smoked salmon
100 g cream cheese
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions
Method
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthways and scoop out the seeds to create a boat shape.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese inside each cucumber boat.
- Add slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
