300 g chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp light and dark soy sauce
18 g cornflour
1-2 tsp olive oil
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 eggs
2 egg whites
240 g cooked rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
spring onion to taste
Method
- Mix the diced chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, soy sauce and cornflour until everything is well combined.
- Fry the chicken over high heat in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate pan, fry the mixed vegetables, eggs and egg whites.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil to the pan with the vegetables and eggs.
- Add the fried chicken to the rice mixture and garnish with spring onion.
