150 g coarse oat flakes
150 ml water
100 g low-fat quark
1-2 tsp cinnamon
150 g overripe bananas
2 eggs
30 g protein powder
½ baking powder sachet
30 g chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish measuring approximately 21x15 cm.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Leave to cool and store in a covered container or in the fridge.
