600 g chicken thigh fillets
40 g honey
80 ml dark soy sauce
30 g sriracha
30 g hoisin sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp water
100 ml chicken stock
200 g uncooked noodles
spring onion to taste
sesame seed to taste
Method
- Add everything to your slow cooker and cook for 4-5 hours on high, or 7-8 hours on low.
- Stir the chicken and break it up lightly, then add the cooked noodles 20 minutes before the end to heat through.
- Garnish with spring onions to finish.
