200 g paneer
2 cups flour
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 onion medium-sized
1 green chilli
1 ginger inch
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Mix the flour, salt and water in a bowl to make a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the paneer, onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic. Mix them with the coriander leaves, soy sauce, black pepper and salt to taste.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the centre of each circle and fold to form momos.
- Steam the momos in a steamer for approximately 10-15 minutes until cooked.
- Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce.
