Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Place each slice of salami in a muffin tin to create a cup shape.
- Bake the salami cups in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and leave them to cool slightly.
- Fill each salami cup with a cherry tomato and a basil leaf.
- Serve immediately as a delicious appetiser.
